In the struggling world where kindness and giving to the less privilege is fast disappearing, Vessels of Virtue, an Interdenominational and non-governmental organisation remembers some of the vulnerable class in the society - the Widows and Persons With Disabilities

Vessels of Virtue, a vibrant non-governmental and non-profit organisation in rounding off its 2025 activities demonstrates compassion and commitment to widows and persons with disabilities through sustained outreach, emotional support, and practical assistance.

As part of its annual humanitarian activities, widows and persons with disabilities gathered for the End-of-Year Thanksgiving and Celebration organized by Vessels of Virtue on December 22, 2025, for a moment of gratitude, encouragement, and renewed hope.

Widows and PWDs gathered at VOV's office in Egbeda, as the organisation shares food items, cash and clothing materials. This was after a spiritual session of prayers and words of encouragement from Deaconess Olubunmi Izebere, charging attendees to remain steadfast and supportive of one another.

In her welcome address, the president of the foundation Becky Olanipekun expresses appreciation to partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries, reaffirming the organisation’s vision of consistent care, empowerment, and inclusion for widows and persons with disabilities.

Board Member of VOV Mrs. Sarah Orji, encouraged the beneficiaries with words of resilience, hope, and gratitude, urging them to hold on to God and be hopeful of a better tomorrow.

Beneficiaries described the outreach as timely and impactful, offering prayers and goodwill messages to the organisers.
